Client Report Form
One of the responsibilities of being a tutor is sending in MONTHLY CLIENT REPORTS that include the number of tutoring hours. Clients are re-tested after 60 hours of tutoring; this is an essential part of determining the effectiveness of the program. This can also be a powerful motivator to both student and teacher - when they can both see evidence of measurable improvement. An updated copy of our client report form is available for you to print out. Please print out the form, fill it out, and return it to us on a REGULAR MONTHLY basis.
